12 Sep Virginia Street – Weekly Update September 12, 2019
Starting on Monday, September 16, construction operations on Virginia Street will progress north of the current construction limits at Mt. Rose Street to Vassar Street. Virginia Street will be open to southbound-only traffic between Vassar Street and Regency Way. Two-way traffic will remain in place on Virginia Street south of Regency Way and north of Vassar Street.
Northbound traffic will be detoured at Regency Way to Wells Avenue to Holcomb Avenue.
Construction continues on side streets in Midtown. No two consecutive side streets will be closed at the same time. Businesses in Midtown continue to need your support during construction. Please use temporary boardwalks to access businesses. Thank you for your patience!

Midtown Business Marketing Success
Jessica Schneider, owner of Junkee Clothing Exchange in Midtown, creates mega buzz on her social channels by creating a feeling with her posts, “People want an experience, not a flyer. Create posts that stir emotion including real people and visuals.” Her recent success is demonstrated by the 12,000 people she reached partnering with Paul at Recycled Records during Record Day. “You can also boost a post. $100 goes a long way,” Schneider said.
Do you have a business tip to share? Call (775) 300-1848 or email email@example.com and we will include it in the weekly update.
